Terms of Use

Effective date: October 11, 2026 · Applies to BP Diary for iPhone

Please read the health disclaimer in Section 3. BP Diary is a personal tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the BP Diary app (“the app”) provided by Huitong Shijie Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, these Terms apply to the extent permitted. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the app except where the law allows it.

3. Health disclaimer

4. Your data

Your entries are stored only on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your device, its passcode and its backups. We cannot recover data that is deleted or lost, for example if you delete the app or lose your device without a backup.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

6. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, text, graphics, icons and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party names and trademarks, including American Heart Association and American Diabetes Association, belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to identify sources; this does not imply endorsement.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue features of the app at any time. Updates may be required to keep using the app. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including any decision you make based on information in the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.
